Preparation

  • Pressure-washing to remove surface contaminants both visible and invisible (including evaporative salts that accumulate on eaves, overhangs and soffits), we pressure wash all flat surfaces such as driveways, pool decks, etc., so that when we finish we deliver a completely detailed job. 
  • Caulk all windows, door jams, holes and settling cracks.
  • Scrape, strip all loose and peeling paint and prime surfaces as needed for proper adhession.
  • Cover and protect all windows and landscaping. 
  • Apply a primer/conditioner before finish paint is applied. 

Finishing

  • Apply quality acrylic latex paint to coverage.
  • We use only premium paints and materials and would be happy to advise you on product selection based on our experience and what we feel goes best with your exterior surroundings as well as exposure of harsh elements such as, sea salt, direct sun exposure and moisture conditions.
  • The very last detail we perform is professionally cleaning the exterior of all your windows, this allows you to sit back and enjoy a complete and detailed job... and it's a FREE service we offer.
